HairDocTk is self educated with various certificates in cosmetology and health where at the age of 30 her only choice while battling Renal Cell Carcinoma leading into breast implant illness also losing a kidney was to read everything! She learned enough to save her own life. The magical adventure from a very conservative Pennsylvania Amish up-bringing, graduating High School "Most likely to Succeed" being named Miss Ready and Fair to Hollywood stunt and stage life is sharing the story of the hero. To this day she has started a non-profit charity (referenced at the end)and a petition to change the law to require certification and maintain regulation on licenses given to hair professionals. This true story about the actions necessary to enact personal advocacy, Tammy Kelichner was able to complete exhaustive research into alternative methods to revitalize and re grow her hair and a complete re-balance of her immune system. Her research did find that the onset of injuries and disease was greatly detracted from mental/emotional happiness or strain. As her health deteriorated the body accelerated breaking down it caused malfunctions and illness. Disease “dis ease” in the entire body came next. I personally understand the need to look and feel better on the outside while you are going through such a traumatic time of feeling like a mess on the inside. After losing my kidney to cancer I wanted to be able to give back to the community.
